三叶木通指纹图谱研究

     摘要:目的应用反相高效液相色谱(RPHPLC)建立三叶木通指纹图谱。方法Hypersil ODS柱,H2O与CH4梯度洗脱,流速:1ml/min, 柱温:20℃,检测波长:215 nm。结果建立了HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,并应用此共有模式对五叶木通和川木通进行了相似度比较。结论 三叶木通药材中各成分均得到很好分离,可作为三叶木通药材专属性指纹图谱。

    Study on HPLC Fingerprint Chromatography of Akebia trifoliata(Thunb.)Koidz

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo apply RPHPLC to built the fingerprint of Akebia trifoliata(Thunb)Koidz. MethodsHypersil ODS column was used, with mixtures of water and methanol as mobile phase in a gradient mode. The flow rate was 1 ml/min. The temperature of column was 20℃. The wavelength of detection was 215 nm. ResultsAfter the nutual mode of HPLC fingerprint was set up, comparison of similar degree to the crude drugs of Akebia quinata(Thunb.)Decne. and Clematis montana Buch.Ham. had been carried on. ConclusionAccording to the selected chromatographic conditions, a good fingerprint of Akebia trifoliata(Thunb)Koidz has been described. The method is simple,accurate with good reproducibility. It may be practical value for the quality control of sample for Akebia trifoliata(Thunb)Koidz. ......
